Accomplishment and Teamwork
Megan, an Elite Pro 8 from Taoyuan, Taiwan, took a winding route through many careers before finding her niche on a LifeVantage team. She explored several different careers before she found the balance of reality and personal happiness she was seeking.
Megan earned a degree from National Pingtung University of Science and Technology and started working in the finance field. However, after years of showing up for office shifts, she felt as though her life was missing the enthusiasm and flexibility she needed. She decided to work at a bookstore, hoping that would be the answer.
However, after a short time, Megan found the bookstore was not fulfilling her hopes, so she moved to Haulien, a popular coastal destination in Taiwan. She tried several different jobs, working as a travel guild secretary, a foreign language leader in a travel agency, and a tour guide. These opportunities did not translate to the career and work/life balance she was hoping for either, and she went to work in the world of books once again, this time in a publishing house. Finally, at her wits’ end, Megan decided on a change of scenery, living and working in Australia and New Zealand for a time.
Like many when they are exposed to LifeVantage for the first time, Megan felt skeptical when her coach, Juno, an Elite Pro 9 LifeVantage distributor, introduced her to Protandim®. However, she admired Juno’s leadership skills and was impressed by the way Protandim® benefited the health of customers. * Soon, Megan was being mentored by Juno, picking up marketing skills to help her achieve her goals with LifeVantage.
It wasn’t alway easy. Developing a team presented unique challenges, balancing team members leaving and new distributors joining, while continuing to help others progress in a consistent pathway to success. But Megan drew inspiration from Juno’s encouragement, building her team with her coach’s guidance, and then using that guidance to encourage her own team members.
As a Top 5 Sales Influencer, Megan’s strategy of working to help her team and following her dreams has led to attaining high honors at LifeVantage. She is the embodiment of her enthusiastic declaration, “Teamwork makes the dream work!”
